Promo Terms — First-Month $14.40 Offer

1. What the Promotion is

• Subscribers who sign up for MingAI Basic (Bazi, monthly billing) through the dedicated landing page at /bazi pay $14.40 USD for the first calendar month instead of the standard $28.80 USD / month.
• The discount applies once per subscriber and only to the first invoice. From the second invoice onward, the subscription auto-renews at the standard rate of $28.80 USD / month unless cancelled.
• The Promotion applies only to MingAI Basic (Bazi) monthly subscriptions. Pro, Premium, Diamond, yearly plans, and any other product or tier are not eligible.

2. Who can use the Promotion

• The Promotion is intended for new MingAI subscribers. Cortexum AI Pte Ltd reserves the right to deny the discount where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the same individual or household has already used the offer.
• You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you are not, please do not subscribe.
• The Promotion is void where prohibited by local law and may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions.

3. Billing & auto-renewal

• Your card is charged $14.40 USD immediately upon subscribing through the landing page.
• After your first paid month ends, the subscription renews automatically at $28.80 USD / month on the same day of each subsequent month, unless you cancel first.
• You can cancel renewal at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel. Your access continues through to the end of the current paid period.
• Card processing is handled by Stripe. Cortexum AI Pte Ltd does not store full card details on its own servers.

4. No refunds — promotional fee is final

The $14.40 USD promotional fee is a discounted one-time charge for the first month and is non-refundable once paid. This includes (without limitation):

• Cancellations after the first charge.
• Cases where you decide MingAI is not for you, change your mind, or stop using the service before the first month ends.
• Disagreement with the content, tone, or accuracy of any reading. MingAI is interpretive Chinese metaphysics, not predictive advice; outcomes are not guaranteed (see our Terms of Service).

Notwithstanding the above, Cortexum AI Pte Ltd will honour refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. If you believe you have such a right, please contact us via the contact form with your account details and we will assess the request in good faith.

5. Cancelling renewal

You can cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal at $28.80 USD / month; the $14.40 USD already paid is non-refundable as described in Section 4. Your access continues until the end of your current paid month.

6. Modification or withdrawal of the Promotion

Cortexum AI Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time, with or without notice. Withdrawing the Promotion does not affect subscriptions already started under the promo discount, except that the standard $28.80 USD / month auto-renewal will continue to apply as described in Section 3.

7. Misuse, fraud & abuse

Cortexum AI Pte Ltd may cancel any subscription created using the Promotion and decline service to a subscriber where it reasonably believes the Promotion has been obtained through fraud, multiple accounts opened to circumvent the one-per-subscriber limit, automated tools, or other abuse. In such cases we may also retain the $14.40 USD as liquidated damages for the administrative cost incurred.

MingAI provides AI-assisted readings based on classical Chinese metaphysics (Bazi). It is intended for personal reflection and entertainment only. 9. Disputes & governing law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion is governed by the disputes and governing law provisions of MingAI's general Terms of Service.
