Each message you send to our AI consultant counts as one consultation. The AI analyzes your chart and provides personalized insights about your destiny.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of consultations?
For paid plans, credits reset monthly at the start of each billing cycle. You can also purchase credit packs or upgrade your plan anytime.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Do I need to subscribe to get a consultation?
No. Create a free account and buy a credit pack to chat with the AI consultant, cast Qimen, or draw Tarot — purchased credits never expire. A subscription adds a monthly credit allowance and lower per-cast costs (free on Elite), but it isn't required to get started.
